Diogo Martins moved to London, from Brazil, 13 years ago to complete his bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Masters Degree in Sports Nutrition, Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor Diploma, and Level 4 in Lower Back Pain Rehab.

Now he brings his unique Dynamic Reformer Pilates to clients in the City Of London offering one-to-one reformer Pilates sessions and group classes. A fusion of strength and conditioning with elements of traditional Pilates to create an intense and sweaty full body workout to produce effective results. The technique adopted addresses posture correction, increased core strength & flexibility, muscle toning, injury recovery and prevention.

Private sessions are suitable for those recovering from injury, pregnant women looking to exercise in a safe way during and after pregnancy or if you are looking for a bespoke progressive programme and faster results.

Classes are for all levels in a small group setting of up to 6 people with the style of teaching focusing on easy introductory exercises for beginners and higher intensity and progressive movements for intermediate to advanced practitioners.
