Flow Reformer Pilates cannot accept liability for personal injury related to participation in a session if i) your doctor has advised you against exercise on medical grounds ii) you fail to observe and follow instructions or safety techniques from the instructor iii) is caused by the negligence of another participant iv) you fail to disclose any new medical conditions or injuries at the start of the session. If during the class you experience pain or discomfort you must stop immediately and notify the instructor. By signing up to FRP you confirm that you are clear to exercise and will take part in the class at an appropriate level for yourself.
Classes and PT sessions are valid from 2 weeks to a maximum of 4 months from the date of purchase. If you buy a package, you must book your sessions within the timeframe stated at purchase i.e. 5 sessions expire in 5 weeks, 10 sessions expire in 2 months, 20 sessions expire in 4 months. Fees are non-refundable.
All bookings must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 12hrs notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If you are booked into a class or private appointment but miss it or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged for it. Out of consideration for the instructor, other clients and your own safety as the warm up is important for preventing risk of injury – if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you will not be able to join.
